SERVICES

Address the gap between your mission and lived experience.

I help mission-driven organizations address the gap between what they promise and what people experience — through team alignment, conflict support, and changes to everyday organizational practice.

Relationship is at the center of my practice. It brings people together to examine shared conditions, clarify responsibilities, and practice the changes needed to carry the mission into everyday work.

What I offer

01 — Team Alignment and Conflict Support

Address strained relationships, unclear expectations, and unresolved conflict through facilitated conversations, mediation where appropriate, and practical agreements. We examine both the immediate concern and the values, culture, and structures shaping it.

02 — Conflict Preparation and Response

Build clear, accessible ways to raise concerns, respond to disagreement, and follow through on accountability and repair. Teams practice difficult conversations while the organization strengthens the processes that support them.

03 — Mission and Lived Experience Alignment

Examine where what your organization says it stands for matches, or differs from, what people actually live. Using assessments, listening, and review of organizational practices, we develop changes with clear responsibilities, resources, and review dates.

04 — Keynote and Public Speaking

Speaking engagements that help audiences recognize the gap between what organizations promise and what people experience, and consider what meaningful change requires. Topics include inherited institutional patterns, equity and accountability in practice, conflict, and the conditions that contribute to burnout.

05 — Private Strategic Consultation (Premium, limited availability)

A limited offering for individuals facing a specific organizational challenge or consequential decision. Each engagement has a defined question, an agreed number of sessions, and a clear endpoint. Fees are quoted separately based on scope.

Not sure which fits? Every engagement starts with a conversation about the situation, the people affected, and the right scope of work.

Burnout, overwork, and avoided conflict can signal a gap between your organization’s values and daily practices. Crane Clan Consulting helps your team close that gap through the Inherited Institutional Systems framework.

Our approach

Inherited Institutional Systems™ guides the inquiry into what organizations inherit, reward, and repeat. We examine what those practices have protected, whose needs they serve today, and what should be preserved, repaired, or changed.

Across every offering, we examine values, culture, and structures through race, gender, poverty, and power.

Mission — What we say we stand for.

Lived experience — What people actually live.

Values — What decisions reward.

Culture — How people treat one another.

Structures — How power, policies, and resources work.

If this sounds like where your team is, let’s talk about what’s needed.
